Malcolm Gladwell on TEDTalks

Filed under: Culture, Innovation — Jay Yoo October 6, 2006 @ 11:14 am

This is a great video of Malcolm Gladwell, author of Blink, on what spaghetti sauce can teach about innovation. He tells a story that dispells the theory of “product hierarchy” and suggests that variety is the key. In between the lines one can come to terms with the limits of focus groups for developing new products. Even applicable to economic development. Enjoy!
